1.1 Controller. PlanExecGo, PAOPAO PK 4.5 C/MONT MAHAREPA QUARTIER LUCAS, 98728 MOOREA-MAIAO, POLYNÉSIE FRANÇAISE, is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Privacy enquiries may be sent to [email protected].

1.2 Data collected. We collect the details you enter on our order slip: full name, business email, phone number, company name, selected service, budget band, and free-text notes. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookie preferences is processed automatically for security and analytics.

1.3 Purposes & legal basis. Contact data is processed to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, perform a contracted service, and issue invoices. Processing rests on pre-contractual measures, performance of the contract, our legitimate interest in operating the business, and — for optional analytics — your consent.

1.4 Retention. Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last contact. Client project files and invoices are retained for the periods required by French Polynesian accounting and tax law, then deleted or anonymised.

1.5 Processors & transfers. Data is hosted on encrypted servers by our hosting and email providers acting as processors under written agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Where a transfer outside the European Economic Area occurs, standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard is in place.

1.6 Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. We respond within one month.

1.7 Security. Access controls, TLS encryption in transit, encrypted backups, and least-privilege staff accounts protect your data against unauthorised disclosure or loss.

2.1 Scope. These terms govern every configuration, development, migration, training, and maintenance service supplied by PlanExecGo to its clients. A signed quotation or statement of work forms part of these terms and prevails where it sets out project-specific conditions.

2.2 Quotes & payment. Quotations are valid for 30 days and state a fixed price in USD. A 50% deposit is due before work begins, payable through our secure Stripe checkout; the balance is due on handover. Late balances accrue 1.5% interest per month.

2.3 Schedule. Start dates are confirmed in writing once the deposit clears. Delivery windows quoted in the service register are business-day estimates; either party may renegotiate dates in writing if dependencies change.

2.4 Client obligations. The client provides timely access to systems, data, and decision-makers, and warrants that materials supplied to us are lawful and accurate. Delays in client feedback extend delivery dates correspondingly.

2.5 Intellectual property. Upon receipt of full payment, PlanExecGo assigns to the client all rights in the client-specific deliverables — configurations, custom workflows, documentation, and designs — excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, and methods, which remain licensed to the client for continued use.

2.6 Warranty & liability. Deliverables are warranted against material defects for 14 days after handover; we will repair non-conformities free of charge. Beyond that, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

2.7 Confidentiality. Both parties keep each other's confidential information secret during and after the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

2.8 Governing law. These terms are governed by French law applicable in French Polynesia; disputes are first raised at [email protected] and, failing amicable resolution, before the competent courts of Papeete.

3.1 What we store. This site stores one preference key, peg_cookie_consent, in your browser's local storage so the consent banner does not reappear on every visit. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by PlanExecGo.

3.2 Essential cookies. Session and security cookies may be set to protect forms and maintain page integrity. These are strictly necessary for the site to function and do not require consent.

3.3 Third-party content. Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame and our fonts load from Google Fonts. Those providers may set their own cookies when the content is displayed; their processing is governed by their respective policies.

3.4 Analytics. Where privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they are used only with your consent, measure aggregate page views, and carry no personal identifiers.

3.5 Duration. The consent key remains until you clear site data in your browser. Any session cookies expire when you close the browser.

3.6 Managing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site remains usable with essential cookies only. Questions: [email protected].

4.1 Cooling-off. You may cancel a booked service within 14 days of your deposit for a full refund, provided configuration work has not started. After work has begun, the deposit covers work already performed and is non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation windows. Cancellations notified 8 or more business days before the agreed start date receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations 3–7 business days before start are refunded at 50%. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged at the full booking price.

4.3 Non-conforming work. If a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed specification, notify us within the 14-day warranty period. We will repair it within a reasonable time; if repair is not possible, you may request a proportional refund of the fees for that deliverable.

4.4 Retainers. The Monthly Systems Care Retainer may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Unused prepaid months are refunded pro rata; work already performed in the current month is deducted.

4.5 Refund method. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval, without additional charges. Settlements made through our Stripe checkout are returned to the same card or bank account used at payment: secure payment page ↗.

4.6 How to request one. Email [email protected] with your reference, invoice number, and reason. PlanExecGo confirms receipt within two business days and resolves eligible requests within 14 days. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these terms.
